Meet our Property Acquisitions Manager (PAD), Les. A Strowder. Les comes with 27 years experience in property acquisition, mortgage origination and sales management, and an additional 8 years in HR roles as well as performance appraisal.
He initially opened our branch office in the Tidewater area and currently manages the property acquisitions department. This role includes interviewing, hiring, training additional acquisitions agents as well as manages the Thompson Holdings Corp Property Acquisition division. His role plays an intricate part as he oversees both residential and commercial properties. This includes but is not limited to evaluating profitability, selecting niche properties for buyers and sellers as well as supporting the organizations goals, needs and acceptable risk levels.
In order to maintain his role as our PAD, Les is responsible for the planning and directing of all Thompson and Holdings acquisition activities. He has without a doubt maintained market competitiveness by creating new strategies to hit his high level of excellence and customer relations. He also completes all monthly activities and financial risk reports.
