I bring 20+ years of Information Technology and client interfacing experience to my position as a REALTOR with Delta Realty Group, Inc. Overseeing customer satisfaction, client contracts, and support employees, both nationally and global, has been my specialty. As a Delivery Executive with IBM Corporation and IT manager with Union Bank of California serving the client's needs and assuring the customer they would get delivery of the service for which they expected and paid for was my primary focus. I may be a new REALTOR but I am an old hat at putting people first and servicing their needs from start to finish. The client is why we exist.
